Regarding Prime Minister Tarique Rahman's visit to India, Humayun Kabir said the date of the visit has not been finalized yet. Discussions are ongoing between the two countries to determine a time considering mutual interests and benefits. He also said the Prime Minister will visit India if the situation is favorable.

The State Minister for Foreign Affairs said an incident on August 5 has hurt the sentiments of the people of Bangladesh. The matter is being considered seriously. If the situation normalizes, a decision will be made regarding the visit.

Regarding Bangladesh's foreign policy, he said Bangladesh has good relations with the United States and China. Rather than viewing relations with one country as an alternative to another, balanced relations are being maintained with all countries based on mutual interests.

Meanwhile, regarding the air transport sector, he said the government is working to build Bangladesh as an important aviation hub and gateway in Asia. Along with improving passenger services, the number of flights and aircraft on international routes needs to be increased. He also said the process of purchasing aircraft according to the country's needs will continue.

Regarding Bangladesh's possible participation in the Makkah Defense Agreement, Humayun Kabir said the matter is still at the stage of discussion and review. A decision will be made considering national interests, the country's security, and other related issues.
