Waterlogging in the capital due to continuous rain, city dwellers suffer from traffic jams; DMP issues warning

Continuous heavy rain has caused severe waterlogging in various areas of the capital Dhaka. As a result, long traffic jams have occurred on important roads, causing extreme suffering for working people, students, and general commuters. To tackle the situation, Dhaka Metropolitan Police (DMP) has advised city dwellers to leave home with ample time and use alternative roads if necessary.
