In Tuesday's weekly press briefing, it was announced that agreements have been signed with four service-providing organizations to implement the AI training program. After the training, initiatives will also be taken to create employment opportunities for the participants.
The ministry said that the '2026 World Archery Asia Presidents Challenge Cup and Joint Training Program' will be held in Gazipur from July 29 to August 2. More than 120 to 130 archers and coaches from various Asian countries will participate in this event.
Additionally, the closing and award ceremony of 'Notun Kuri' 2025-26 will be held on July 27. The Prime Minister has agreed to attend the event as the chief guest.
On the other hand, under the 'Earn' project of the Department of Youth Development, an initiative has been taken to gradually bring 900,000 young people who are not in education, employment, or training under employment through skill development training. Additionally, proposals to observe National Youth Day on November 1 and International Youth Day on August 12 separately have been approved.
