Use of Prime Minister's photo on banners and billboards of government events prohibited
The government has completely banned the use of the Prime Minister's photo on banners, festoons, and billboards prepared for any government event. At the same time, instructions have been given to prioritize the event's subject, purpose, and message in these promotional materials.

This instruction was given in a circular issued by the Cabinet Division on Sunday (July 5).

The circular stated that the Prime Minister's photo—in 3D or any other form—cannot be used on banners, festoons, and billboards prepared for government events.

It further stated that in preparing government promotional materials, the subject of the event must be given the highest importance. The design must be made in such a way that the purpose, message, and relevant information of the event are clearly highlighted.

The Cabinet Division said the directive is very important and will take effect immediately.
