On Thursday (November 5) morning, BGB Public Relations Officer Md. Shariful Islam said that 3 platoons are on duty in Mirpur, 11 platoons in Savar and Ashulia, 12 platoons in Gazipur, and 7 platoons in Narayanganj.

To keep the law and order situation normal, live monitoring by drones is underway, along with the deployment of Armored Personnel Carriers (APCs) and Riot Control Vehicles (RCVs). Duty personnel are using body-worn cameras, and constant observation and coordination are being carried out from the monitoring cell of BGB headquarters.

BGB remains on alert in coordination with local administration and police. BGB has said this activity will continue to ensure public safety and maintain a normal working environment in the industrial areas.
