BRTA provides Tk 5 lakh aid to family of Firoza killed in State Minister's car collision

On September 4, while crossing the road in Gopinathpur area of Shibganj, Firoza Begum came in front of the vehicle carrying State Minister for Public Administration and Food Abdul Bari. In an attempt to save her, the driver lost control and the vehicle went into a paddy field. In this incident, the State Minister, his wife and Firoza Begum were injured. Later, Firoza Begum died while undergoing treatment.

Upazila Nirbahi Officer, local BNP leaders and senior officials of the police administration were present at the cheque handover ceremony.
