According to the complaint, on Friday (July 24) night, Snigdha Chowdhury was taken to the office of Ashian Group by a person named 'Emon' under the pretext of a one-year advertising contract. Initially, her mother was also with her. However, after the preliminary discussion, when her mother left, the situation suddenly changed.

Snigdha claims that the Chairman of Ashian Group mistakenly thought she was another woman named 'Zeba Takia'. It is alleged that the Chairman believed that this woman had previously deceived him and embezzled a large amount of money. The actress also alleges that instead of clarifying the situation, Emon indicated that she should accept that identity.
Snigdha then alleges that the Chairman sent everyone else outside the room and began physical torture by tying her hands and feet. She says that her mobile phone was thrown away, her throat was choked, and she was subjected to various types of intimidation and death threats.

According to the actress, during the torture, she was also subjected to various threatening statements mentioning the names of political figures. She claims that even when she begged citing her child, the torture did not stop.
Snigdha further alleges that her hair was pulled, she was kicked in various parts of her body, hot coffee was poured on her, and she was threatened with a knife to cut her face. She said that this incident caused injuries and swelling in various parts of her body.
After the incident, she filed a case at Khilkhet Police Station against the Chairman of Ashian Group and others involved. At the same time, she demanded a proper investigation into the incident and legal action against the perpetrators.
