Oil prices rise after US strikes again in Iran

The US Central Command (CENTCOM) said its forces also shot down four Iranian drones that were posing a threat around the Strait of Hormuz.
Immediately after the US strikes, the global benchmark Brent crude price rose 3.75 percent to $97.83 (73.15 pounds) per barrel. Meanwhile, US-traded crude oil prices increased 4 percent to $92.22 per barrel.
