Prime Minister invites partners of simultaneous movement to dinner

He informed that this dinner is being organized in honor of the leaders of the allied parties of the simultaneous movement who participated in the movement to overthrow the fascist government. At the event, Prime Minister Tarique Rahman will exchange greetings with the leaders of the allied parties, and there may also be discussions on contemporary political issues.

Atikur Rahman Rumon said that over one and a half hundred leaders from various political parties allied in the simultaneous movement have been invited to this event to be held at the state guest house Jamuna. Invitation letters from the Prime Minister have already been delivered to the invited leaders.

He further informed that members of BNP's standing committee will also be present at the event.

This is the first time since the BNP formed the government after winning a majority of seats in the 13th national parliamentary election held on February 12 that Prime Minister and BNP Chairman Tarique Rahman is formally meeting with the top leaders of the allied parties of the simultaneous movement.

According to political analysts, this meeting with the allied parties after the formation of the government could play an important role in mutual coordination, further strengthening political relations, and discussing future strategies.
