The application was filed at the capital's Turag Police Station on Thursday (July 16).

According to Milestone College sources, Rubaiya Mehjabin Suhi was a student of the Science Department (English Version) of the college for the 2024-25 academic year. However, due to disciplinary reasons, she was issued a Transfer Certificate (TC) with the approval of the Dhaka Education Board. As a result, she is currently not a student of the college and has no right to use the institution's identity.

The college authorities claim that in a recently circulated video on social media, Rubaiya Mehjabin Suhi was seen using the Milestone College ID card to make anti-government provocative statements during the HSC exam and question paper-related movement. It has been alleged that this is causing confusion among the general public and harming the college's reputation and image.
