National University waives exam fees for students injured in mass uprising
The press release stated that all types of examination-related fees have been waived for students studying in colleges and other educational institutions affiliated with the National University who were injured in the mass uprising of July-August 2024. However, fees for certificates and transcripts must be paid by the students themselves.
The university authorities have advised the concerned students to contact their respective colleges or educational institutions to avail the fee waiver facility.

The National University said that after reviewing the list of injured published on the Ministry of Health's website, 269 injured students studying in various affiliated colleges and educational institutions have been identified.
The press release mentioned that necessary instructions have been given to the concerned colleges and educational institutions to waive all other examination-related fees except certificate and transcript fees for these students.
